What does the 21-days Kickstarter entail?
You will receive a workout program and upon purchase, to follow for 3 weeks. You will be added to the Beyond Simplyfit FB group with members who have the same goals as you. You will receive nutrition coaching. As your coach, I will keep you accountable and motivated. In regards to the workouts, your workouts are in the app. You may do the workouts anywhere and at anytime should you wish. At the end of the day, we request that you complete your workout and food dairy on the app and/or in the group to keep you accountable and for feedback.
Who are the plans for?
Everyone! Yes, the plans are suitable for all leves of fitness. This is a 6 days a week training program. The plan will challenge you. You will lose weight, become stronger, and gain energy.
What equipment will be needed?
For the kickstarter plan weights (2 sets of dumbbells, kettlebell, etc.), yoga mat, and a water bottle. The other plans can be either completed in the gym or home gym. Tip: Everyone has different strength levels. A total novice may wish to work with 3-5 lbs set for upper body and 5 -8 lbs set for lower body.
What will the Nutrition look like?
Tracking is available on the app. You will recieve feedback from your coach.
How will I be held accountable?
Posting pics in the FB Group (Beyond Simplyfit). Progress check- ins with your coach. Your coach will offer feedback and motivation.
